Hello all SFN community members,

Please see the amended recall notice including additional affected Lot #s:

After going through our inventory we do have some affected items here which indicates there is a possibility kits you have contain affected products. If you find you have short or long needle kits with these Lot #’s please reply with the quantity of replacement blister pack filters, and/or Stericup cooker packages you would need to replace in your kits so we can arrange for you to receive these products.
