If you or someone in your household received a COVID-19 vaccine off-reserve and haven’t notified Tara, the COVID-19 Safety Coordinator, please make sure to reach out to her so she can include you in the vaccination statistics.
This will give SFN the most up-to-date and accurate vaccination percentages possible.
