This document contains recommendations made by government organizations for who should currently be receiving a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Please review the conditions and medications listed in this document.

If any of these situations apply to you, please contact your doctor to coordinate receiving a third dose.

At this time, requisitions from your doctor are required to receive a third dose and the nurses at the Health Centre are not authorized to make this decision.
