Day School Court Challenge Dismissed

***** Important Update on Day School Court Challenge

The Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed Chief Ottawa’s appeal; however, he has 60 days to apply for leave to appeal to the Supreme Courtof Canada. Due to this, the implementation process cannot start yet. Our hope is that Chief Ottawa will not apply for leave at the Supreme Court of Canada.

At this time, it is good news but it is not the “green light” we need to get started.
